St Joseph Institute for the Deaf couldn’t be prouder to announce the release of the newest authority in education for children who are deaf entitled Promoting Language & Literacy in Children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Why are we so excited? Our very own Director of St Louis Operations, Cheryl Broekelmann MA, LSLS Cert AVeD, has authored a chapter entitled “Internet Therapy: Providing Listening and Spoken Language Intervention to Children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing”. Her thoughts on being featured in this publication and being an author?
